Please complete the following application form to apply for membership to the MWAA.
All MWAA members must operate with accurate, compliant, and professionally calibrated weighing equipment.
All applicants must complete the MWAA assessment process. To complete this process you will be required to provide three weighing scenarios:
- Single axle caravan
- Dual axle caravan
- One set up using a weight distribution system
For each scenario you must submit:
- A full weighing report using your own reporting format
- Identification of all compliance issues
- A written explanation of what is required to make the vehicle/caravan compliant
Your scale details and calibration certificate will be reviewed by the MWAA Technical Committee.
